Two antiques dealers set off on another exciting road trip in the 19th episode of Season 17 of Antiques Road Trip. On this adventure, they set out to explore the scenic Scottish countryside and visit various antique shops and markets in hopes of sourcing out some unique and valuable antiques while competing against each other for the highest profit margin.

Their journey begins in the historic city of Stirling, where they get their first look at antique treasures that Scotland has to offer, including silverware, furniture, and ceramics. From there, they explore the quaint village of Doune, home to some fantastic antique shops and art dealers, before traveling further north towards Perth and Dundee.

In Perth, they meet with a couple who have a love for all things antique and have amassed a vast collection of unique artefacts over several decades. The antiques enthusiasts are shown a collection of rare Scottish pottery that dates back to the 18th century. They are also given a glimpse into the colourful history of the local area, including the tragic tale of the infamous 'Wolf of Badenoch', who terrorised the countryside in the 14th century.

The journey then takes our antiques experts to the picturesque town of Dunning, where they chance upon one of the oldest antique shops in Scotland run by proprietors Julie and Nick. At this shop, they are introduced to some remarkable and unique antiques, including taxidermy, vintage kitchenware, and pre-war advertising memorabilia.

In episode 19, our antiques dealers also visit Dundee, a Scottish city known for its vibrant culture, rich heritage, and thriving antiques scene. Here they find a collection of antique watches dating back to the 17th century at the Dundee Antique Clock and Watch Gallery. The watches are not only elegant but also historically significant, with some having belonged to notable figures like Napoleon Bonaparte and Queen Victoria.

Throughout the episode, the two antique dealers haggle over prices, bargain with dealers, and make their assessments on which antiques they think will make the most significant profit margins. The suspense builds up as they race against time to find and buy the most valuable antiques before they move to the next location.

As the antiques road trip progresses, they get the chance to meet with some of the locals living and working in the Scottish countryside. These individuals are priceless sources of information, providing insights into the local history, customs, and traditions, which further enriches the experience.

In conclusion, episode 19 of Season 17 of Antiques Road Trip is an exciting and engaging adventure through some of the most picturesque and historic locations in Scotland. The two antiques dealers trek through the Scottish countryside, stopping at various antique shops and markets, encountering friendly locals, and haggling for the best antiques to sell on at auction at the end of the week. The episode is packed with excitement, laughter, drama, and a whole lot of valuable antiques.
