In the 25th episode of season 12 of Antiques Road Trip, the two expert antique dealers, Phil Serrell and Louise Gostelow, are on the hunt for valuable gems in the scenic English county of Shropshire. Phil and Louise begin their journey by visiting a local auction house in Oswestry where they try their luck on a vast array of eclectic items and manage to deliver some shockingly impressive bids.

Soon afterwards, the two dealers set their sights on some antique shops in Whitchurch where they come across some unique and beautiful items, from vintage jewellery to rare pottery. With expert eyes honed by years of experience in the antique trade, Phil and Louise are able to spot the treasures, often hidden amongst a pile of seemingly ordinary objects.

Their next stop is a remote village in Shropshire, where they visit a sprawling country estate in search of elusive and valuable antiques. During their visit, both dealers are fascinated by the wealth of artefacts on display in the vast rooms of the house, ranging from furniture to paintings and beyond.

But there is a twist in the road! Phil and Louise are then challenged to a competition, where the winner will be decided based on the total value of their antiques sold, returning to the auction house in Oswestry. Excited about the opportunity to win and prove their antique knowledge, both dealers begin their quest to find the most valuable items in the county.

Throughout the episode, Phil and Louise entertain viewers with their witty banter and their vast knowledge of antiques. They often disagree on the worth of items, which adds to the fun and the suspense of the competition. The two expert dealers go to great lengths to outdo each other, sometimes even engaging in elaborate bargaining tactics.
