Ep 3. Blinded By Neglect

Blinded by Neglect is the third episode of Animal Precinct season four, a popular documentary series that follows the daily operations of the Special Investigative Services division of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).

However, due to her medical condition, finding an adoptive family for the blind dog proves to be a difficult challenge.
