Ep 20. Star-Crossed

After being attacked by a fleet of starships, the crew of the Andromeda Ascendant find a lone survivor aboard one of the ships. She claims to be a refugee from a nearby planet, and introduces herself as Lenore. Dylan Hunt is immediately taken with her, but soon learns that her presence aboard the Andromeda might not be as unplanned as it seems.

As the crew attempts to piece together the truth about their mysterious passenger, they deal with the aftermath of the attack, which has left their ship in dire need of repairs. Meanwhile, Harper is struggling to maintain the repairs on his experimental Slipfighter, and when it malfunctions he is forced to make an emergency landing on the nearby planet. There, he meets the planet's ruler (played by Alex Diakun), who seems to have a daunting plan for the Slipfighter and the ship that it has come from.

In the middle of all this, Dylan and Lenore's relationship blossoms, but as they begin to pursue a romance, they discover that there are other forces at play. The planet's ruler has an interest in Lenore, and it soon becomes clear that the refuge she claimed is not the whole story. As the crew tries to piece together what Lenore is hiding, they find themselves caught in the middle of a power struggle that could threaten the entire planet.
