Staged in a mock awards show format -- minus the bad production numbers and long acceptance speeches - the special finds host Tom Bergeron introducing the funniest home videos submitted by viewers over the past 11 seasons and presenting the coveted-yet-fictitious Homey Award to those classic videos that continue to tickle the funny bone of America.
