Ep 12. Finals: Region 4

In season 4 of American Ninja Warrior, episode 12 brings us to the finals of Region 4, where the top competitors from the qualifying rounds will compete for a chance to advance to the national finals in Las Vegas.

In this intense competition, each contestant will face a series of challenging obstacles designed to test their strength, agility, speed, and endurance. They will race against the clock to complete the course in the fastest time possible, with only the top finishers advancing to the next round.

The course includes obstacles such as the Quintuple Steps, where competitors must jump and balance their way across five platforms, and the Spider Jump, where they must use their upper body strength to swing across a gap before landing on a wall. Next up is the Jumping Bars, a series of parallel bars that require precise timing and balance, followed by the Warped Wall, a 14-foot tall obstacle that tests the competitors' vertical jump and grip strength.

But the challenges don't stop there. The competitors must also face the Salmon Ladder, where they must use their upper body strength to lift a bar up a series of rungs, and the Cliffhanger, a perilous obstacle that requires them to navigate a narrow ledge while clinging to tiny handholds. The final obstacle, the Flying Bar, requires competitors to jump, swing, and release themselves onto a hanging bar before making a final leap to reach the finish line.

Along with the obstacles, viewers will also get to know the competitors and learn about their backgrounds, motivations, and training regimens. They will witness the incredible physical feats and mental strength required to compete at this level, and see firsthand the camaraderie and sportsmanship that pervade the American Ninja Warrior community.
