Ep 1. Body Parts

Lt. Joe Kenda returns with a riveting third season of American Detective. In the season opener, titled "Body Parts," Kenda tackles one of the most gruesome cases of his career.

The episode begins with the discovery of a dismembered body in a dumpster behind an apartment complex in Colorado Springs. Kenda is called to the scene, where he is greeted by a grisly sight. The investigation leads Kenda to a local motel, where Angelica was known to work as a prostitute. It is here that they find their first lead in the case - a man named Frank Martinez, who had hired Angelica for a night of work just before her disappearance. Martinez is quickly brought in for questioning, but he denies having anything to do with her death.

As Kenda continues to interview witnesses, he discovers that there is a serial killer operating in the area who is targeting prostitutes. He begins to suspect that Angelica's death is connected to this killer, and he redoubles his efforts to catch him.

As the investigation progresses, Kenda begins to uncover a web of deceit and violence that is shocking even to him. He discovers that the killer is using several different methods to dispose of the bodies, and that he may be far more sophisticated than they originally thought.

The investigation takes Kenda and his team on a wild ride through the seedy underbelly of Colorado Springs, as they search for clues that will lead them to the killer. As they get closer to the truth, Kenda realizes that he is dealing with one of the most dangerous and violent criminals he has ever encountered.
