Ep 6. PJD Bike Part 2, Geico Bike Part 1 and FBI Bike

In season 7 episode 6 of American Chopper, the crew is back with a vengeance and three big projects are underway. The PJD Bike, part two, the Geico Bike, part one, and the FBI Bike.

Paul Jr. has become more involved in the family business again and he is leading the charge on the PJD Bike. In part two, they dive into the fabrication and assembly of the bike. With the frame complete, the guys work on getting the engine installed along with the wheels and brakes. After some roadblocks and a few hiccups that test their patience, the PJD Bike is finally complete and ready to be presented to the client.

On the other side of the shop, the Geico Bike is beginning to come together. Senior is taking charge on this build and he's making sure everything is up to his high standards. The team puts together the frame and installs the engine, taking time to make sure everything is perfect. Senior allows his team to get creative and add unique elements to the bike. The nerve-racking part of the build is applying the intricate decals. The slightest mistake can cost them big time. With part one complete, the bike is starting to take shape and everyone is excited to see what they can come up with next.

Last but not least is the FBI Bike. This project is unlike any other they've done before. The bike was created in honor of the special agents who lost their lives in the line of duty. It's been an emotional and pressure-filled project from the start. The main goal is to make sure the bike honors the families and the memory of those who have passed. There are some challenges to make sure everything is just right, but as usual, the team is taking everything in stride and working together to make sure the FBI Bike is perfect.

With all three builds in the works, tensions are high, and the pressure is on. Will the PJD bike be up to the client's standards? How will the intricate Geico decals turn out?
