In season 2 episode 7 of American Chopper, entitled POW/MIA Bike 3, the OCC team takes on a very special project. The episode starts off with a meeting between Paul Sr. and his friend, Chris, who is an Army veteran and a former prisoner of war. Chris tells Paul Sr. that he would like to commission a bike that is dedicated to veterans who were prisoners of war or who are still listed as missing in action. Paul Sr. agrees to take on the project and the team starts sketching designs for the bike.

One of the main challenges of the build is figuring out how to incorporate the POW/MIA theme into the design without it looking too over-the-top or too morbid. The team decides to go with a black and silver color scheme and to include the POW/MIA logo on the gas tank. They also decide to use barbed wire as a design element on the bike, which adds a nice touch.

As always, there are some disagreements between Paul Sr. and his son, Paul Jr., on how the build should go. Paul Jr. thinks that they should focus more on the artistic design of the bike, while Paul Sr. is more concerned about functionality and durability. Eventually, they come to a compromise and decide on a design that incorporates both aesthetics and functionality.

One interesting part of the episode is when the team decides to use a helicopter rotor blade as part of the bike's frame. This adds a unique touch to the bike and shows off the team's creativity and resourcefulness.

Throughout the episode, the team also encounters some setbacks. For example, the paint job on the gas tank doesn't turn out quite right, and they have to redo it. Additionally, they run into some problems with the bike's suspension system, but they are eventually able to resolve these issues.

Towards the end of the episode, the OCC team presents the finished bike to Chris. He is clearly thrilled with the bike and appreciates the team's dedication to the project. He takes it for a test drive and declares that it runs like a dream. It's clear that this project was a labor of love for the entire team, and they are all proud of the finished product.

Overall, this episode of American Chopper is a touching tribute to veterans and a reminder of the sacrifices that they have made for our country. The members of the OCC team show off their skills and creativity by building a unique and beautiful bike that honors the brave men and women who have served our country.
