A diver is trapped underwater by a piece of fallen concrete, a mechanic crushed by the 30-tonne crane he was working on, a motorcyclist who has been struck by a car and thrown from his bike, and a boy struck by a car at a pedestrian crossing. And in one of the most emotional scenes in the series, a palliative care patient passes away in the arms of her loving children.
