The members of the Jinko rugby team are headed to a training camp in the mountains for the summer. It's a chance for the team to strengthen their bonds and push their abilities to the next level. However, tensions are high as the team is still reeling from their crushing defeat against Kanagawa High School in the previous episode.

Once at the camp, the team immediately jumps into rigorous training. They participate in grueling drills and obstacle courses meant to test their endurance and build their mental fortitude. The coaches push the players to their limits, constantly reminding them of the importance of discipline and teamwork.

As the days go on, the team's camaraderie slowly begins to grow again. While tensions still exist, the rigorous training and shared experiences bring them closer together. The younger players look up to the senior members for guidance and support, while the more experienced players work to keep the team focused and motivated.

Despite their progress, not everything goes smoothly at the camp. The intense training takes a toll on some of the players, leading to injuries and exhaustion. One player in particular, Shingo, suffers a foot injury that threatens to sideline him for the rest of the season. The team rallies around him, offering words of encouragement and support as he works through his recovery.

Meanwhile, tensions between Jinko and Kanagawa High School begin to bubble to the surface once again. Kanagawa's team just so happens to be staying at the same training camp, and there are several confrontations between the two teams throughout the episode. These moments serve as a reminder of Jinko's defeat in the previous episode and the importance of redemption.

As the episode comes to a close, the Jinko team is exhausted but proud. They've pushed themselves to the limit and come out stronger for it. The experience has brought them closer together and reawakened their drive to win. With renewed determination, the team sets its sights on the upcoming games and the chance to prove themselves on the rugby field once again.
