In the episode "The Jungle Rooster" from the fourth season of All Hail King Julien, the jungle animals are startled by the loud and obnoxious crowing of a rooster that has recently made its way into their territory. The rooster, who goes by the name Bossy, seems to be causing chaos wherever he goes, and King Julien is determined to get rid of him.
King Julien approaches Bossy and asks him to stop crowing so loudly, but Bossy refuses to listen and instead challenges Julien to a singing competition. Julien, being the proud and confident king that he is, accepts the challenge and sets out to find the best possible singing coach.
After searching for a while, Julien comes across a singing lizard named Freddie who agrees to teach him how to sing. But as Julien begins to prepare for the competition, he realizes that Bossy is not playing fair and has enlisted the help of a trio of frogs to sabotage Julien's performance.
Despite the obstacles in his way, Julien refuses to give up and continues to practice with Freddie. Meanwhile, the other jungle animals are starting to get fed up with Bossy's crowing and come up with a plan to get rid of him once and for all.
As the day of the competition arrives, Julien and Bossy face off in front of a large audience of jungle animals. Though Bossy's performance is impressive, Julien manages to outshine him with his new singing skills and wins the competition.
But just as the animals are celebrating, Bossy and his frog minions launch a surprise attack, causing chaos throughout the jungle. Julien and his friends must work together to stop Bossy's reign of terror and restore peace to the jungle.
In the end, Julien realizes that sometimes it's better to work together than to compete against each other, and the animals learn to appreciate the unique talents that they each bring to the table. The episode ends on a hopeful note as the animals reflect on the importance of unity and community.
