All Hail King Julien was an animated television series set in Madagascar that followed the adventures of King Julien, a ring-tailed lemur, and his loyal subjects. In season 4 episode 3, titled "Who Arted?", the kingdom of Madagascar is thrown into chaos when strange, avant-garde art installations begin popping up all over the place.

The episode starts with King Julien enjoying a day at the beach with his advisor Maurice. However, things quickly turn strange when King Julien notices a strange sculpture made entirely out of seaweed. Soon, the island is overrun with bizarre art installations that are taking over the landscape.

King Julien is initially thrilled with the new art installations, as he has always fancied himself a connoisseur of the arts. However, as the installations become more and more bizarre, he starts to worry about their impact on his kingdom. Soon, the people of Madagascar start to become divided over the art: some people love it and some people hate it.

As the chaos escalates, King Julien decides that he needs to get to the bottom of the situation. With the help of his advisors Maurice and Mort, he sets out to uncover the artist responsible for the installations. Along the way, they meet a number of eccentric characters, including a group of penguins who are tracking down their stolen artwork.

Eventually, King Julien and his team stumble upon the artist responsible for the installations: an eccentric chameleon named Artie. Artie is thrilled to have finally been discovered and he invites King Julien and his advisors to a secret art show that he is hosting.

At the art show, King Julien and his advisors are introduced to a whole new world of art. There are sculpture made entirely out of cheese, paintings made with fruit juice, and even a performance piece featuring a group of lemurs dressed up in ballet tutus. King Julien is initially skeptical of the art, but as the show goes on he starts to appreciate the talent and creativity involved.

Eventually, Artie unveils his pièce de résistance: a massive, elaborate sculpture made entirely out of garbage. King Julien is awestruck by the creation and declares it to be a masterpiece. However, when Artie reveals that he plans to keep making art installations all over Madagascar, King Julien realizes that he needs to put a stop to it.

In the end, King Julien decides to organize a massive art show of his own, featuring the work of all the talented artists on Madagascar. The show is a huge success and brings the people of Madagascar together. King Julien learns that art is subjective and that different people have different tastes, but at the end of the day it is important to appreciate the talent and creativity that goes into it.

Overall, season 4 episode 3 of All Hail King Julien is a fun and light-hearted episode that introduces viewers to the wacky world of avant-garde art. It offers a fresh take on the age-old debate of what constitutes "good" art, and encourages viewers to appreciate the talent and creativity involved in all art forms.
