Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Angelica, and Susie find themselves with the opportunity to enter a school-based entrepreneurship program that could lead to the creation of their very own businesses. With the help of their parents and teachers, they start to brainstorm potential ideas. However, the pressure of making a successful company causes tensions between the friends, and they struggle to balance their work with their personal lives.
Tommy decides to create a video game company, but he becomes so focused on his project that he neglects his other responsibilities, including his band practice and his friendship with Chuckie. Chuckie, on the other hand, struggles to come up with a business idea and feels left out of the group. Phil and Lil decide to become junior real estate agents, but their competitive nature causes friction between them.
Meanwhile, Angelica takes advantage of her friends' stress by offering her services as a business coach for a fee. Susie and her mom try to create a successful organic soap company, but they struggle to find a market for their products.
As the kids work on their businesses, they start to realize the importance of teamwork and supporting each other. Tommy learns to delegate tasks and make time for his friends, and Chuckie eventually comes up with a successful business idea with the help of his dad. Phil and Lil learn that cooperation is key in business, and they merge their separate real estate agencies into one successful company. Angelica realizes the importance of honesty and apologizes to her friends for taking advantage of them.
In the end, all of the kids learn valuable lessons about entrepreneurship and friendship, and they celebrate their hard work with a joint party showcasing their individual businesses.
