Spencer finds himself having to deal with the emotional trauma of his father's injury as he prepares for a big game against the Beverly Hills High School football team. Meanwhile, the pressure at home continues to build as his mother struggles to keep the family together. Jordan's friendship with Simone progresses, but he begins to feel guilty as he realizes that he may have played a part in ruining her relationship with his friend, Asher. Olivia's drug addiction takes a turn for the worse, forcing her to confront her demons and seek help. As tensions rise on and off the field, Spencer must find a way to rise above it all and lead his team to victory.
