Payne, who is portrayed as a weak and feeble character, has apparently had enough of Morgan's manipulation and decides to take matters into his own hands.
The show takes a dark and twisted turn when viewers become privy to the struggles of a weak and helpless man who is tormented by an evil and manipulative mastermind. The episode successfully creates tension between the characters as viewers witness the sinister plotting of Morgan and Payne’s inability to stand up to him.
Joseph Cotten's portrayal of Morgan is chilling and he does justice to the character's manipulative and diabolical nature. Meanwhile, Barry Jones's portrayal of Harry Payne truly captures the character’s strengths, weaknesses and journey throughout the episode.
