Ep 2. Chapter 2

He meets with Ana, Alba's mother, and tearfully asks for her forgiveness. Ana is hesitant at first, but she ultimately agrees to let Xabi back into their lives.

Back at the hotel, Alba's attempts to fix the vase go awry when she accidentally injures herself. Juan sees that Alba is hurt and takes her to the hospital, where she receives stitches for her wound. As they leave the hospital, Juan reveals that he knows about the broken vase and assures Alba that it's not a big deal. She is relieved but still worried about losing her job over the mistake.

Later that night, Alba is surprised when Xabi shows up at her doorstep. She is hesitant at first, but Xabi apologizes again and shows her a drawing he made of her when she was a child. Alba is moved by the drawing and begins to consider forgiving her father.

The next day, Alba returns to work and is pleasantly surprised when Juan tells her she's doing a good job. She is relieved that her mistake with the vase hasn't ruined her job prospects. As she continues to work, she learns more about the hotel guests and starts to develop a rapport with them. She even helps one guest plan a surprise proposal to his girlfriend.

As the episode comes to a close, Alba reflects on her new life in Galicia and feels grateful for the opportunities she's been given. She's starting to feel like she's finally where she belongs.
