Tatsumi, Lubbock, and Akame are separated from the rest of the Night Raid members on a mission to assassinate three of the Jaegers – Esdeath's elite team. The three assassins make their way through the forest, where they encounter Suzuka, one of the Jaegers. Suzuka is a skilled martial artist and an expert in tracking down targets. The three assassins prepare to attack Suzuka but she manages to dodge their attacks with ease.
As the fight continues, Suzuka reveals that she's not interested in fighting them because they are not her targets. She asks them if they are on a mission to assassinate the Jaegers, but the assassins remain silent. Suzuka then points out that the Jaegers are not a group of people who can be assassinated easily. She explains that they are a team of highly skilled and powerful warriors who work together to protect the empire.
Suddenly, Akame shoots Suzuka with her sword, killing her instantly. The other two assassins are shocked and ask Akame why she killed Suzuka without a fight. Akame explains that she had no other choice as Suzuka was too skilled and could have easily defeated them if they continued fighting.
The three assassins then continue on their mission and soon encounter the next Jaeger, Seryu. Seryu is a member of the Imperial Police and a master of using her special weapon, a giant mechanized dog named Koro. Seryu has a deep hatred for Night Raid, and she's determined to kill the assassins on sight.
The three assassins begin their attack on Seryu, but she proves to be a tough opponent. She manages to evade their attacks and launches a counter-attack with Koro. Lubbock manages to avoid Koro's attack and tries to attack Seryu from behind, but she quickly turns around and strikes him with her weapon. Tatsumi tries to save Lubbock but is stopped by Koro, who pins him down.
As Seryu prepares to finish off the two assassins, Akame makes her move and attacks Seryu with her sword. Seryu manages to evade the attack and is surprised by Akame's skill. The two engage in a fierce battle, with Akame gaining the upper hand.
In the end, Akame manages to strike Seryu with her sword, killing her instantly. The three assassins are relieved that they managed to take down two of the Jaegers, but they know that the hardest part of their mission is still ahead of them.
The episode ends on a cliffhanger as the three assassins prepare to face the last Jaeger, the most powerful and feared member of the team – Esdeath herself. They know that defeating Esdeath will be a daunting task, but they are determined to do whatever it takes to complete their mission and bring an end to the corruption and tyranny plaguing the empire.
