Ep 23. Two box lunches

When Kokoro finds out that Yuzuyu forgot her lunch, she goes out of her way to make her a bento box. However, after seeing Shota's bento, Yuzuyu declares that she likes it better and wants to share it with her friend. Kokoro becomes upset and jealous, feeling like she's been replaced by Shota in Yuzuyu's affections. Meanwhile, Kippei struggles with the fact that he hasn't been able to keep his promise to Yuzuyu to find her mother, and seeks advice from the school's counselor. Later, Kippei receives a mysterious phone call that leaves him shocked and confused. As the day goes on, tensions rise between Kokoro and Shota, threatening their friendship and causing Yuzuyu to worry. Will Kippei be able to find a way to help Yuzuyu and ease his own guilt?
