Miki-chan with the red hair is the eighteenth episode of Aishiteruze Baby season one. In this episode, Kippei's little sister, Tomoka, takes him to meet Miki, a girl with bright red hair who sits next to her in class and is constantly being bullied for her unique appearance.

Initially, Kippei is hesitant to get involved, but when he sees just how deeply the bullying has affected Miki, he can't resist stepping in. He talks to Miki's homeroom teacher and tries to convince her to do more to address the bullying, but she seems to believe it's just harmless teasing and tells Kippei to leave it alone.

Undeterred, Kippei takes matters into his own hands and starts hanging out with Miki during recess, hoping to show the other kids that she's not so different after all. At first, Miki is skeptical and keeps her distance, but eventually she starts to open up and share her hobbies and interests with Kippei.

Their friendship attracts the attention of some of the other students, and soon a few of them start to accept Miki for who she is. Others, however, are still determined to make her feel like an outsider.

Throughout the episode, we see glimpses of Kippei's own past, and it's clear that he feels a personal connection to Miki's situation. He remembers what it feels like to be ostracized and is determined to do everything he can to make sure Miki doesn't have to go through the same thing.

As the episode comes to a close, Kippei and Miki are starting to develop a true friendship, and Kippei even manages to convince Tomoka to be a little kinder to her classmate as well. While the bullies haven't disappeared completely, it's clear that Miki now has a support system in Kippei and the other students who have come to accept her, and that's a major step forward.

Overall, Miki-chan with the red hair is a touching episode that tackles some difficult subject matter in a compassionate and thoughtful way. It's a reminder that often the simplest acts of kindness and acceptance can make a huge difference in someone's life, and that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion.
