The group then goes to the Candy Kingdom, where the Ice King finds a potential bride in Princess Bubblegum. However, Princess Bubblegum rejects his proposal, saying that she cannot legally marry him. The Ice King is heartbroken and disheartened at not finding a bride for himself.

However, Finn and Jake cheer him up and convince him to give up his search for a bride and focus on himself instead. They tell him that he should embrace his hobbies and interests and find happiness in them. The Ice King takes their advice and decides to focus on creating more ice princesses instead of finding a bride.
