Ep 12. Evicted

Finn and Jake find themselves in a pickle when Princess Bubblegum declares that they must evict Marceline the Vampire Queen from her home in the treehouse. Not wanting to hurt their friend's feelings, they decide to help her find a new place to live. This proves to be a difficult task, as Marceline has very particular tastes when it comes to where she wants to reside.

The trio embark on a journey throughout the Land of Ooo, visiting a wide variety of places that Marceline deems unworthy of her. They first visit a cave, but Marceline quickly dismisses it as too dark and dingy. Next, they venture into a snowy tundra, but Marceline complains that it's too cold. They even visit a volcano, but the hot temperatures prove to be too overwhelming for her. Despite their best efforts, the group begins to lose hope in finding Marceline a new home.

Meanwhile, the Ice King is up to his usual antics and decides to kidnap Princess Bubblegum and hold her captive in his ice fortress. Finn and Jake, having just left Marceline, become aware of the situation and rush to her aid. They must navigate their way through the Ice Kingdom and fight off Ice King's minions before finally reaching the fortress where Princess Bubblegum is being held.

Once they arrive, Finn and Jake devise a plan to distract Ice King while they rescue the princess. Marceline's musical prowess comes in handy, as she plays a tune on her bass guitar that puts the Ice King's penguins under a spell. The distraction works and Finn and Jake are able to rescue Princess Bubblegum and return her to the Candy Kingdom.

With the rescue mission complete, Finn and Jake return to their eviction problem. Marceline, now feeling guilty for causing so much trouble, decides that she will leave the treehouse after all. However, Finn and Jake come up with a plan to keep her around. They build her a custom-made underground hideout, complete with all of the amenities that Marceline could ever want. Marceline is thrilled with the new digs and thanks Finn and Jake for their help.

The episode ends with Princess Bubblegum thanking Finn and Jake for their heroism, and Marceline jamming out on her bass guitar in her new underground home. The day is saved for all of the residents of the Land of Ooo, proving that even the most daunting challenges can be overcome with a little bit of determination and teamwork.
