Finn and Jake venture into a mystical garden owned by a witch named Susan Strong. Finn is eager to explore the garden but is warned by Jake to stay away from the apples that grow in the garden. Ignoring Jake's warning, Finn tastes an apple, which turns out to be cursed and causes him to shrink in size. As Finn gradually shrinks, Jake tries to find a way to cure him by seeking out the witch.
The witch offers a cure for Finn in exchange for Jake completing three tasks in her garden. The tasks prove to be dangerous and test the limits of Jake's abilities. Meanwhile, Finn continues to shrink and struggles to keep up with Jake's movements as he tries to complete the tasks.
The first task involves collecting the pollen from a giant flower guarded by a fierce squirrel. Jake disguises himself as a flower to trick the squirrel and successfully obtains the pollen. The second task involves fighting off a group of humanoid radishes. Jake uses his shape-shifting abilities to his advantage and defeats the radishes.
The third and final task is the most difficult - retrieving a magical flower that blooms once every hundred years on the top of a steep cliff. Jake initially struggles with the task, but eventually uses his stretching abilities to reach the top of the cliff and retrieve the flower.
After completing the tasks, Jake returns to the witch and receives the cure for Finn. However, the witch reveals that the cure has a price - Jake must give up his identity by wearing the witch's hat. Jake initially refuses but eventually agrees to the deal to save Finn.
With Finn cured, Jake accepts his new identity as the witch's assistant and the two depart the garden. The episode ends with Finn and Jake continuing their adventures, with the latter wearing the witch's hat as a constant reminder of their encounter with Susan Strong.
