Ep 2. The Effort

Jim and Cheryl are preparing for their annual holiday party, but this year Jim refuses to put in his usual effort. Cheryl is disappointed with Jim's attitude and tries to inspire him to get into the holiday spirit. Meanwhile, Andy struggles with finding the perfect gift for his girlfriend and Ryan and Dana debate whether or not to attend the party. As the party approaches, tensions rise and Jim's lack of effort threatens to ruin the festivities. Can Cheryl get Jim to snap out of his funk and save the party?
