Ep 14. A Crying Shame

Jim and Cheryl are hard at work on an important project for the children's school, when Dana's ex-husband Ryan suddenly appears with news that their son is missing. While everyone tries to locate the child, Ryan and Dana's old issues start to surface, putting the current family dynamic in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Gracie is having trouble adjusting to being baby Kyle's big sister and turns to Andy for comfort. In the end, the whole family comes together to help find the missing boy and Ryan and Dana find a way to co-parent peacefully.
