A satirical look at what students and the parents of those college-bound kids experience during the college application process, Acceptance follows Taylor Rockefeller and her mom, Nina, as they await the ever so coveted college acceptance letters. Filled with plenty of comedic moments, a group of high school seniors in Taylor's class end up applying for admission to a college that doesn't even exist even though, for most of them, the goal is to be accepted into one a prestigious Ivy League school. It turns out it's not just the students that are competitive because the parents get cutthroat, too.
