Ep 1. Fashion

Edina and Patsy are two women who are always chasing after the latest fads and fashions. They love nothing more than going shopping and trying on the latest designer clothes, and they are always on the lookout for the next big thing.

In episode one, entitled "Fashion", our two heroines are preparing for a big fashion show, which they have been invited to attend. However, as usual, things do not go exactly according to plan.

As the episode opens, Patsy is seen smoking a cigarette outside a high-end fashion boutique, while Edina is inside trying on clothes. Patsy is impatient, and she urges Edina to hurry up, insisting that they have places to go and people to see.

Edina emerges from the dressing room wearing a pink fur coat, which Patsy finds ridiculous. She snatches the coat from Edina and throws it on the floor, and the two of them argue about what Edina should wear to the fashion show.

Meanwhile, Edina's daughter Saffron is at home, studying for her exams. She is frustrated and annoyed at her mother and Patsy, who are always out having fun and never seem to take anything seriously.

Saffron's frustrations come to a head when Edina and Patsy return home, still arguing about what Edina should wear to the fashion show. Saffron tries to reason with them, but they ignore her and continue bickering.

Eventually, they all decide to go to the fashion show together. However, things do not go exactly according to plan, and there are a number of mishaps and misunderstandings along the way.

Despite these setbacks, Edina and Patsy manage to make it to the fashion show, where they are wowed by the dazzling array of clothes on display. They manage to make a few contacts and even score a few freebies, which they are very proud of.
