Tomoe is the top-ranking student in the academy, cold and serious, with an obsession with defeating Julie, while Lilith is a beautiful yet aggressive blonde combatant with an air of arrogance to her. She is sent by the British government to investigate the academy's Blaze users, which determines her personality and motivation. Both of these characters bring a lot of action and tension to the show as they try to undermine and defeat the Absolute Duo.
