Ep 2. Monsters Are Real / This is your Brain on Ickis

In the second episode of season 2 of AAAHH!!! Real Monsters, we are introduced to two new stories. The first one is called Monsters Are Real and follows Ickis, Oblina, and Krumm as they try to scare humans at a local fair. However, they are not successful and become discouraged as they watch other monsters from different parts of the world successfully scaring humans in different ways.

The trio decides to work together and come up with a plan to scare the humans at the fair. They start by studying human behavior and figuring out what scares them the most. With this knowledge, they are able to create a horrifying monster that terrifies everyone at the fair, including their own principal.

The second story in this episode is called This is Your Brain on Ickis. Oblina is trying to teach Ickis how to play music, but Ickis struggles with it. He decides to cheat and use his scare tactics to manipulate his music teacher into giving him a good grade. However, this backfires when Ickis accidentally scares his music teacher and gives him a heart attack.

Ickis feels guilty and decides to help his teacher recover by going inside his brain and fixing his broken heart. While inside, he encounters various obstacles and monsters that represent the different parts of the brain. With the help of Oblina and Krumm, Ickis is able to fix the teacher's heart and save his life.

Overall, this episode highlights the importance of working together and honesty. It also touches on the idea of overcoming fears and insecurities in order to succeed.
