Ep 4. Episode 4

After successfully making it to the halfway mark of their journey to the west, Jin Seon-mi and Son Oh-gong face even more dangers as they continue their quest. In episode 4 of A Korean Odyssey, they find themselves in the dark and mysterious Samsin Temple, where they discover that a powerful demon has taken up residence. Jin Seon-mi is tasked with finding a way to defeat the demon and remove the curse that plagues the temple and its inhabitants.

Meanwhile, Kang Dae-sung, the investigator assigned to Jin Seon-mi's case, continues to look into her past and becomes increasingly suspicious of her true identity. He begins to piece together the truth about her previous encounter with Son Oh-gong and how it ties into their current journey.

As Jin Seon-mi and Son Oh-gong delve deeper into the temple, they encounter a group of nuns who have been possessed by the demon. Working together, they come up with a plan to exorcise the demon and free the nuns from their curse.

However, things take a dangerous turn when Kang Dae-sung arrives at the temple and confronts Jin Seon-mi. With their identities and secrets exposed, Jin Seon-mi and Son Oh-gong must fight to protect themselves and complete their mission to the west.
