Ep 3. Episode 3
Sun Mi and Oh Gong make it out alive after their encounter with the Macaque. Oh Gong seems to have developed feelings of a different kind for Sun Mi. Meanwhile, the summer campers are trapped in a house on the mountain as a result of the Macaque's powers. They reach out to Oh Gong and Sun Mi for help and our two heroes come up with a plan to save the trapped campers.
Oh Gong's infatuation with Sun Mi continues to grow and he even starts to imagine Sun Mi whenever he hears a bell. His love for her is causing him a lot of confusion and he's trying hard to suppress his feelings.
They meet Kang Dae Song, who is an overall pleasant person, but Sun Mi seems to be the only one who notices that he belongs to the world of ghosts. The encounter with Kang Dae Song leads to some revelations about the past that help to explain how the world has become the way it is.
As the day progresses, Oh Gong's feelings for Sun Mi grow even stronger and he starts to realize that he needs to keep her safe. He takes her to a hotel where he can keep her safe. They end up spending the night together and Oh Gong's love for Sun Mi only becomes stronger.
In the morning, they head out to find the trapped campers and finally manage to rescue them. The rescue provides Oh Gong with an opportunity to show off his powers to Sun Mi, who is amazed by what she sees.
The episode ends with Sun Mi's encounter with a person who is half-human and half-pig. The person seems to be suffering because of the manner in which she was born and Sun Mi tries to reach out to her.
Overall, Episode 3 of A Korean Odyssey is packed with excitement, revelations, and a whole lot of action. The characters are developing more as the story progresses and the viewers can't help but wonder what's in store for them in the coming episodes.
