Ep 2. The Jet Set

In the second episode of the first season of 90210, entitled "The Jet Set," we find the gang dealing with the aftermath of their big move to Beverly Hills. Naomi is still trying to come to terms with her parents' divorce and her father's infidelity, while Annie is struggling to fit in at her new school and make friends. Liam, a newcomer to the area, quickly becomes popular with the girls at school, but he soon discovers that his new-found fame comes with a price. He is constantly being pursued by paparazzi, who snap pictures of him at every opportunity. At first, Liam enjoys the attention, but he soon realizes that being in the public eye comes with risks and he finds himself being followed and harassed.

Back at West Beverly Hills High, the girls' volleyball team is gearing up for a big match against their rivals, the girls from Beverly Hills High. Silver, an ambitious journalist in the making, sees this as an opportunity to make a splash with her school paper. She thinks the volleyball match will be a great way to rally the students and generate school spirit. She convinces Adrianna and Naomi to get on board with her plan, and the three girls set out to make the volleyball match the biggest event of the year.

As the day of the match arrives, tensions are high and both teams are determined to win. The girls from West Beverly Hills High start off strong, but soon find themselves struggling to keep up with their rivals. Annie, who had been distracted by her new friends and partying, realizes that she needs to focus on the game and help her team to win. She rallies her teammates and they finally find their rhythm, scoring several points in a row and clinching the victory.
