After taking a career aptitude test, Bridget becomes torn between her desire to be a model and her love of writing. Meanwhile, Cate and Paul are convinced that they have more in common with their daughters' generation than with their own and decide to join them in taking dance lessons. Rory feels left out and tries to find his own hobby, but ends up joining in on the family's dance class with surprising results. As the family navigates their various career paths and hobbies, they learn the importance of supporting each other's dreams and pursuing their own passions.
