Ep 10. Give It Up

Paul's 40th birthday is coming up and he is feeling a bit depressed about his life. His kids are growing up too fast and he feels like he is losing touch with them. He confides in Cate that he feels like he hasn't accomplished anything meaningful in his life. Meanwhile, Bridget and Kerry are trying to quit smoking but are finding it much harder than they anticipated. They decide to make a bet with each other to see who can go the longest without smoking. Rory gets involved in the bet as well but has a slightly different motivation for quitting. As they struggle to overcome their addiction, the family comes together to support each other and make Paul's birthday a memorable one. The episode is filled with touching moments and hilarious hijinks as the Hennessy family navigates the challenges of growing up and finding meaning in their lives.
