Ep 20. The Known Soldier

In the 20th episode of the sixth season of 7th Heaven titled "The Known Soldier", the Camden family is invited to the hometown of a fallen soldier whose remains have finally been identified and are being returned home. While there, the family meets the soldier's grieving family and realize how much their son has touched the lives of others. The Camdens find themselves in a difficult situation when they discover that one of their own family members may have known the soldier before he passed away. Meanwhile, Simon struggles with his decision to end his long-term relationship with Deena, and Ruthie tries to help a friend who has been diagnosed with cancer. As the Camden family grapples with the effects of war and loss, they are reminded of the importance of community, forgiveness, and family.
