Ep 9. Dirty Laundry

In the fourth season of 7th Heaven, episode nine titled "Dirty Laundry", the Camden family is hit with several challenges. Simon, too, is struggling with his own issues. He is feeling lost and unsure of himself, so he starts hanging out with a new group of friends who introduce him to drugs and alcohol. Simon is tempted to try these substances, but ultimately decides against it. However, when Rose finds out about his betrayal, she breaks up with him.

The title of the episode, "Dirty Laundry", refers to the fact that everyone in the Camden family has secrets and things they are hiding from each other. It is only by airing these secrets and confronting these uncomfortable truths that they can begin to heal and move forward.
