In the first episode of the supernatural drama series 666 Park Avenue, titled Pilot, we are introduced to the luxurious Drake apartment building located in the heart of Manhattan. The building is owned by Gavin Doran, a charismatic and wealthy man, and his wife Olivia, who is equally as brilliant and fierce as her husband.
The story follows a young couple, Jane and Henry, as they move into the Drake and become the new managers of the building. Jane is an aspiring architect, while Henry is a law student, and they are excited to start their new life in New York City. They quickly learn that their job is not what they originally thought it would be. Gavin expects nothing but the best from his staff, and Jane and Henry must keep up with the demands of the unpredictable residents of the building.
As Jane and Henry settle into their new positions, they meet the residents of the Drake. The first that they come across are the elderly couple that lives on the top floor of the building. They seem friendly enough, but there is a strange aura that surrounds them that Jane and Henry cannot quite put their finger on. Then, they meet Nona, a young girl who lives in the basement of the Drake. She is known for being a psychic and is kept under the watchful eye of Mr. Doran.
As the story progresses, we witness the residents of the Drake get involved in various peculiar and supernatural events. They start to notice that they are not alone in the building, and that there are dark forces at work beyond their control. Sinister secrets start to emerge, and it becomes apparent that there is more to the Drake than meets the eye.
Despite the unsettling events occurring within the building, Jane and Henry remain determined to make a success of their new positions – and their new home. But as mysterious events continue to happen, they begin to question whether the Drake was the right choice for them.
