Ep 18. The Basketfur Game

During the game, Basketfur performs exceptionally well, and the Buffycats begin to doubt their abilities. Basketfur asks for a rematch, and the Buffycats agree, but this time they decide to practice harder to win. Granny Pina also advises them to pay attention to Basketfur's actions. They soon discover that Basketfur is not a real cat, but a robot built by a notorious businessman named Cosmo Ferret.

Cosmo Ferret introduces himself to Granny Pina and the Buffycats, telling them about his business of building robots and how he is willing to pay generously to buy Basketfur from them. Granny Pina and the Buffycats refuse to sell Basketfur, and Cosmo Ferret warns them that he will use any means necessary to get Basketfur.

One day, when the Buffycats return home from a music performance, they find that Basketfur is missing. Granny Pina receives a message from Cosmo Ferret, who threatens to harm Basketfur if they do not sell him. Granny Pina, worried about Basketfur, decides to sell him to Cosmo Ferret to ensure his safety.

However, when Cosmo Ferret tries to activate Basketfur, he discovers that the Buffycats have tampered with him, and he is now useless. Cosmo Ferret angrily leaves, and the Buffycats soon realize that they have not only saved Basketfur but have also stopped Cosmo Ferret from using him for his nefarious purposes.

In the end, Granny Pina praises the Buffycats for their bravery and kindness, and they continue to play basketball just for fun. This episode teaches children about teamwork, friendship, and standing up for what is right.
