John Lithgow stars as Dick Solomon in the irreverent sci-fi sitcom 3rd Rock from the Sun. Dick, along with his fellow aliens Sally (Kristen Johnston), Tom (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and Harry (French Stewart) have taken human form and landed on Earth to carry out a research mission. However, their bumbling attempts to understand and blend in with human society often lead to comedic chaos.
