Ep 9. My Mother The Alien

In 3rd Rock from the Sun season 2 episode 9 titled My Mother The Alien, the alien family is visited by their "mom" who they haven't seen in 7 years. However, upon arrival, they discover that their mother has taken on the form of a human woman named Mona and is living with her family in Ohio.

As the Solomons try to get to know their mother in her new human form, they realize that there are some major differences between her and the woman they thought she was. Mona is a strict disciplinarian who runs her household with an iron fist, whereas their real mother was a free spirit who loved to have fun.

Meanwhile, Sally is grappling with her own identity crisis as she continues to struggle with understanding human emotions. She seeks advice from a therapist, but her unique perspective on relationships and love leaves the therapist more confused than ever.
