Ep 4. Beetle Mania

As the fourth episode of the first season of 3Below: Tales of Arcadia, "Beetle Mania" follows the otherworldly royal siblings, Aja and Krel, as they continue to adjust to life on Earth. Their alien ship, disguised as a taco truck, has been tracked down by a secret government agency called the G-Men. The siblings have been trying to blend in with the humans and keep a low profile, but the appearance of giant beetles in town threatens to blow their cover.

At the start of the episode, Krel is still working on a device to repair their damaged ship when Aja comes to him with news of the beetle invasion. The two of them investigate the situation and quickly realize that these beetles are not of the natural world. They have been sent by General Morando, the evil ruler of their home planet, to track them down and capture them. The siblings must team up with their new human friends, Toby and Eli, to stop the beetle drones and to figure out a way to protect themselves from Morando's spies.

The beetle drones are wreaking havoc all over town, destroying homes and cars and generally causing panic among the residents. Aja and Krel decide that the best way to fight them is to use their advanced technology to create their own giant beetle to take on the invaders. Meanwhile, Toby and Eli hatch a plan to create a diversion by staging a punk rock concert in the park to draw the beetles away from downtown.

As the day wears on, the situation grows more dire. Aja and Krel's beetle is knocked out of commission, and the beetle drones have cornered them in a nearby warehouse. It seems like all hope is lost when suddenly, the G-Men show up to lend a hand. The siblings are skeptical, but the G-Men insist that they are there to help, not to capture them.

In the end, the group is able to defeat the beetle drones and save the town from destruction. Aja and Krel finally begin to realize that they don't have to hide who they really are, and that they have allies on Earth who are willing to help them. As they prepare to face the next challenge, they are closer than ever to finding a way to get back home and restore their planet to peace.
