"Standards and Practices" is the tenth episode of the sixth season of the NBC sitcom 30 Rock. The episode originally aired on January 26, 2012.

In "Standards and Practices," Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) and Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) clash with the network's Standards and Practices department over a new skit on their variety show, TGS with Tracy Jordan. "Standards and Practices" also features storylines involving Tracy's search for a new catchphrase and Kenneth Parcell (Jack McBrayer) accidentally getting Jenna's beloved pet bird killed.
