With this knowledge, Bauer is able to narrow down the potential targets and eventually tracks down the truck. A high-speed chase ensues, with Bauer doing everything in his power to stop the terrorists.

But just as they think they have foiled the attack, a new twist is revealed. The terrorists have a backup plan, and it involves a second chemical weapon that has been smuggled into the city. Bauer and his team must race against the clock once again to find and neutralize this new threat.
