Ep 9. Day 3: 9:00 P.M.-10:00 P.M.

The third season of 24 continues in Day 3: 9:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Jack Bauer, played by Kiefer Sutherland, continues his race back to Los Angeles to try and stop the virus from being released. Meanwhile, Chase Edmunds, played by James Badge Dale, is undercover at the compound where the virus is being held. He's trying to steal a sample of the virus.

We're introduced to a new character named Claudia, played by Vanessa Ferlito, who works for Chase at the compound. She's not happy with the way things are going and wants to leave. Chase is hesitant to let her leave because he needs her to complete his mission. Claudia is a bit of a wild card and her story continues throughout the episode.

On the presidential campaign trail, David Palmer, played by Dennis Haysbert, is back in California. He's speaking to his running mate about the possibility of dropping out of the race because of the threat of the virus. His running mate convinces him to stay in the race and to keep the American people informed about the situation.

Back at CTU, Tony Almeida, played by Carlos Bernard, and Michelle Dessler, played by Reiko Aylesworth, are trying to track down any leads on the virus. They're up against the clock as they race to find a cure before it's too late.

Meanwhile, Jack is trying to make his way back to Los Angeles with the help of a woman named Claudia, played by Vanessa Ferlito. She's a drug addict who Jack saves from her own overdose. She helps Jack get a ride back to Los Angeles and they form a sort of bond as they share their pasts with each other.

Back at the compound, things take a turn for the worse when Chase is discovered. He's taken into custody by the people who are holding the virus. Claudia is left behind and forced to fend for herself.

The episode ends with Jack arriving back in Los Angeles and making his way to CTU. He's immediately brought in to be debriefed on the situation and is introduced to a new team who will be working with him to try and find a cure for the virus.

Overall, Day 3: 9:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M is a thrilling episode that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The storylines are well-developed and keep you engaged throughout the hour. The introduction of new characters adds a fresh perspective to the show, and you can't wait to see what happens next.
