Max and Caroline are back with another episode of their hit TV series, 2 Broke Girls. In season 6 episode 8, titled "And the About Facetime," Max and Caroline find themselves in a very complicated situation.
The story begins with Caroline receiving some news from her father that he has lost the family fortune yet again. Caroline is obviously heartbroken and worries about what the future holds for her family. Meanwhile, Max is excited for her upcoming Facetime session with Randy, her long-distance boyfriend.
As the two are busy dealing with their own personal issues, they are interrupted by a surprise visit from Han, who brings along his new therapist, Anne-Marie. Han introduces Anne-Marie to Max and Caroline and mentions that he has been highly recommending their cupcakes to her. To their surprise, Anne-Marie reveals that she has looked up their bakery online and read the comments from dissatisfied customers who had bad experiences with the place.
Max and Caroline are immediately alarmed and decide to take action to try and win back their angry customers. They make a plan to call each of the dissatisfied customers and offer them a free cupcake. However, things take an unexpected turn when Max's phone begins malfunctioning during their Facetime session with Randy.
As if things couldn't get any worse, Caroline accidentally tells Randy about her family's financial situation while Max's phone is still acting up. Randy is obviously upset about the news and decides to leave Max hanging. Soon after, Max's phone dies completely, leaving her without any means of contacting Randy.
The girls are disappointed with how the day turned out and decide to take a break from everything and go out for some fun. They end up meeting up with Han, Anne-Marie, and Caroline's ex-boyfriend Candy Andy at a bar. When Max and Caroline notice that Candy Andy and Anne-Marie are getting along, they decide to set them up on a date.
Throughout the episode, Max and Caroline struggle to get their bakery back on track while also dealing with their personal issues. As they navigate through their own problems, they begin to realize that they're stronger together than they are apart. By the end of the episode, they find a way to bounce back and come up with a plan to improve their bakery's image once and for all.
Overall, "And the About Facetime" is a hilarious and heartwarming episode that's sure to keep viewers hooked from beginning to end. With its mix of comedy, drama, and heart, the show proves once again why it's one of the most beloved sitcoms of all time.
