After the keys to the pool are stolen by Squib, Rick is ready to turn him in, until Cody starts to show interest in him. So instead Rick is ready to party much to the annoyance of Squib, whose afraid to lose the "Troublemaker" moniker! Squib decides to expand the party to dangerous levels & when they're caught, he takes the blame for the whole party & ends up getting expelled!
