10 Years Younger was a popular TV makeover show that originally aired on TLC from 2004 to 2009. The show was hosted by Myleene Klass, Denise Welch, and Nicky Hambleton-Jones, who were all beauty and fashion experts in their own right. The premise of 10 Years Younger was simple: each week, the show's team of experts would meet a person who felt they looked older than their age and was seeking a change. The experts would assess the individual's appearance and lifestyle, and then make recommendations for changes that would make them look and feel 10 years younger.

Over the course of each episode, the show's team of experts would help the individual achieve their transformation. This included everything from hair and makeup to wardrobe and diet advice. The show also featured segments with stylists, makeup artists, personal trainers, and other professionals who could offer additional advice and support.

One of the show's most popular features was the "Age-o-Meter," which was used to assess each person's perceived age at the beginning of the episode. The Age-o-Meter was a machine that took into account factors such as skin texture, wrinkles, and discoloration and would give an estimated age based on those factors.

After the experts had made their recommendations, the individual would undergo a complete transformation. This would include a new hairstyle, makeup, and wardrobe, as well as changes to their lifestyle, such as exercise and diet advice. At the end of each episode, the individual would be assessed again using the Age-o-Meter, and the difference in their perceived age would be revealed.

The show was a huge success, and it was praised for its empowering message about aging gracefully. Many viewers found the transformations to be inspiring and sought-after similar help from the show's experts.

In addition to the show's core format, there were also spinoffs and special episodes. One spinoff show, called 10 Years Younger America, featured transformations of American individuals, while another called 10 Years Younger in 10 Days focused on rapid transformations.

Overall, the 10 Years Younger was a beloved show that helped many feel more confident and helped individuals to understand that making some simple and healthy lifestyle and fashion changes, they can go a long way in achieving a more youthful look.
