'The X Factor': Watch All 8 Group Performances at Boot Camp (VIDEO)

Day one of Boot Camp is over, and after weeding out the weak ones (like that weird dude who did the robot badly), the remaining contestants were divided into groups and provided a song for an ensemble performance. They were given just five hours to learn the song, after which they performed it for the judges.

The result? Some soared while others fell flat. Many of the younger competitors, including 13-year-old Rachel Crow and 12-year-old Emily Michalak, performed admirably. Others, like young Nick Dean, forgot the lyrics.
