White House Teams Up with Hollywood Stars for Anti-Sexual Assault PSA

What do you do when you need to get a big message across? Get some big actors involved, of course.

The White House has teamed up with some big Hollywood names to create a PSA on an important campaign: to help prevent sexual assaults, especially on college campuses.

The video is part of a larger campaign headed up by Vice President Joe Biden, who delivered a speech on the topic following the release of a task force report on the issue.

In the video, stars like Benicio Del Toro, Dule Hill and Daniel Craig talk about the epidemic of sexual assault on "college campuses, in bars, and even in high schools." The leading men are joined by comedians Steve Carell and newly minted Late Night host Seth Myers, who offer their own stern warnings about being part of the solution, not part of the problem.

Though one has to question the choice of James Bond as a figure to speak out against sexual assault, the message of the video is straightforward and clear in laying out what is consent, what isn't, and what people can do to help if they're not directly involved in an event.

"I am honored to be part of such an important and crucial project," said Craig. "The message is clear and simple; everyone has a responsibility. There are no exceptions. There are no excuses. Please watch it and pass it on."
