Which Judge Quit 'X Factor?'
by Shannon KeirnanJudge and mentor on “X Factor,” L.A. Reid, has announced that he will not be returning to the show next year.
"I have decided that I will not return to The X Factor next year. I have to go back and I have a company to run that I've kind of neglected and it saddens me a little bit, but only a little bit."
Reid says that he feels that he needs to return to being the chairman and CEO of Epic Records.
"It was a nice break,” he told Access Hollywood. “It was a nice departure from what I've done for the past 20 years, but now I gotta get back to work."
But don’t worry. Reid will be finishing out this stint, and all was normal last episode.
So who was booted from the show?
Spoiler alert, for those who missed it!
It was boy band Emblem3 who didn’t make it through, despite the humorous expression on Britney Spears’ face when Fifth Harmony made it through.
Singer Wes Stomberg thanked fans for “voting their butts off,” in his final speech.
Judge Simon Cowell was sad but hopeful as the group left.
"I'm very, very disappointed, but," he confessed, but left them with a note of hope. “I mean this: You're going to have a huge career."
Will you be sad to see L.A. Reid go next season, and who should replace him?
And what do you think of the final verdict? Did Emblem3 get cheated?
If nothing else, here’s Britney’s disappointed face to enjoy.
